Our Hiring Process
- Stage 1
Applied
Once we've reviewed your application, a member of our team will review it. If you are a potential match, we'll schedule a call to learn more about your skills and experience.
- Stage 2
Phone Screen
A brief introductory conversation with the Hiring Manger to review your background, career goals, and interest in the role. We’ll also cover high-level expectations, location and travel requirements, and answer initial questions about Mytech and the position.
- Stage 3
First In-Person Interview
An in-person interview with the hiring leader focused on leadership experience, problem-solving approach, and how you operate at a senior level. This conversation explores both strategic thinking and execution.
- Stage 4
Second In-Person Interview
A deeper in-person discussion with the hiring leader and an additional member of the leadership team. This stage focuses on collaboration, decision-making, and how you partner across the organization to drive results.
- Stage 5
Technical Assessment
Depending on the role, you may be asked to complete a technical assessment to gauge your skills and abilities relevant to the position. the hiring manager will provide you with a link to the assessment which takes approximately 1 hour to complete.
- Stage 6
Interview with Hiring Manager
This stage involves a comprehensive interview with the hiring manager, where you'll have the opportunity to discuss your background, accomplishments, and how you can contribute to our team.
- Stage 7
Company Culture Interview
This interview offers you the opportunity to gain deeper insights into our company culture and get to know some of our team members. The interview is structured with 30 minutes of questions directed towards you, focusing on your experiences, values, and how you envision contributing positively to our culture. Additionally, you'll have 30 minutes to ask questions of the team, allowing you to learn more about what it's like to work for our company from the perspectives of current team members.
- Stage 8
Offer Letter
If you're selected as the top candidate, we'll extend a formal offer, including details about compensation, benefits, and start date.
- Stage 9
Background Check
We conduct a thorough background check to verify the information provided and ensure the integrity of our hiring process.
- Stage 10
Hired
Once the background check is successfully completed, you'll receive a welcome email with information for your first day.
